Our main objective, using our strategy, is to implement a new state management system SVARGA on the territory of any states of the Earth. After the first states in the world adopt this state management system, it will show an extremely high result in terms of the effectiveness of development in all areas of human life in a most constructive way. And then many states of the Earth will begin to copy this state management system.
It is also necessary to understand that the introduction of a new state management system will bring to a new evolutionary level not only the states themselves, but also the society in these states.
