About the new social (state) management system SVARGA
Dear friend,
You didn’t find our website by accident. Nothing in our world happens by accident. Chances are, you’re a conscious, intelligent, and insightful person — someone who understands that the old systems of governance have run their course. They no longer serve the people — they serve themselves.
Power in many countries (including yours) has long been captured by few political elite groups. They rule not to build justice, but to preserve control. They manipulate fear, debt, and crises — just to maintain the status quo. But the era of the old world is coming to an end.
Today, humanity stands at a crossroads. We can either allow the system to fully turn us into obedient consumers — or we can build a new model of society: fair, transparent, and governed by the people themselves. A new unrivalled governance system that works exclusively in the interests of people, not the elite groups.
That’s why we came up with the idea to create a new decentralized system of governance, where power returns to its rightful place — the hands of society. Where decisions are made collectively and transparently. Where corruption, nepotism, and lobbying are impossible by design.
But such a governance system cannot exist without a global community of conscious, honest, decent and intelligent people ready to take responsibility for the future — their own, their family’s, and their nation’s.
If you feel that time is running out — if there’s still a spark of justice and reason within you — then you are already part of us and our community.
But first, take some time to carefully explore what’s written on our website — what exactly we stand for and what we propose. Let’s make it clear from the start — your time here won’t be wasted. Everything you’ll find on this website matters very deeply to anyone who thinks critically and cares about the world.
If at any point while exploring our website, or after doing so, you realize that our vision and values resonate with yours, we invite you to join our community. Together we’re creating a new era — an era of people-powered governance, where every person matters, and the future is in our hands.
“History doesn’t ask permission from those who stay silent. It’s written by those who act!”
Also some of you may have come here still trying to understand what’s really happening in the world — and why nothing can truly change without a fundamental transformation of the power structure itself. So let’s lay it all out clearly, especially for those who are just beginning to see the bigger picture.
Have you ever thought about why many spheres of human activity are somehow evolving, but the state governance system has remained the same for centuries. For example, electronics and computer technologies are actively evolving at the moment, the first sufficiently high-quality robots and artificial intelligence technologies are already appearing (by the way, it may be useful to us, but we talk about it later).
Just 70 years ago, the first television sets appeared based on the cathode ray tube, which were very bulky, expensive and had a number of downsides. Today, almost every inhabitant of the Earth has his own small TV in his pocket in the form of a smartphone, which is much more convenient and efficient in the operation of those bulky first TVs.
Progress is underway and it can be seen with the naked eye. However, for some reason this progress does not affect the state governance (management) systems. Have you ever thought about it? Why is this happening?
Since the time of Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece, we see that basically two state management systems were used on Earth – a Republic or a Monarchy. In different countries, they replaced each other, were modified, but in fact the basic principles of these systems remained the same.
It can be stated with all evidence that, in fact, since the time of Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece, nothing has changed much in the state management system of different countries. The Republic has remained a Republic, having undergone minor changes.
At the moment, many countries use such models of republics as:
- A parliamentary republic, where the majority of power is concentrated in parliament. The parliament forms the government, and the prime minister is a representative of the party that won the election.
- A presidential republic, where the president coordinates relations between the branches of government and is the supreme commander-in-chief, represents the country in international politics, forms the government, and submits bills to parliament.
- A combined republic (semi-parliamentary, semi-presidential, parliamentary—presidential, presidential-parliamentary) is a combination of strong presidential power with effective parliamentary control over the government. In different countries, different semi-presidential republics vary from each other. The main distinguishing feature is the government's dual responsibility to the president and parliament.
There are also countries with different forms of monarchies. But monarchies also have a number of serious pain points that will not allow to make a highest development efficiency. But let’s consider first of all the republics, since today they prevail and are considered the most advanced and effective state management systems.
And it seems that many state management systems based on the republic allow balancing power between different elements of the system and create all the conditions for democracy and development, but this is only at first glance. In fact, if we analyze each of the systems in detail, we will see very serious pain points that do not allow the state using one or another republican system to develop effectively.
These pain points can be described for a long time, but we will show the main ones:
- The ability to collude between different branches of government;
- The ability to implement large-scale corruption schemes in different branches of government behind the back of society;
- The society does not have direct leverage on different branches of government;
- When amalgamate different branches of government, the state system can become so corrupt and interdependent that all democratic electoral processes degrade and the system can easily turn into an authoritarian one (an obvious examples: Nicaragua under the leadership of Daniel Ortega, Venezuela under the leadership of Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro, Zimbabwe under the leadership of Robert Mugabe, the Philippines under the leadership of Ferdinand Marcos and some other countries);
- There is no guaranteed protection for the transition of the state system from democracy to authoritarianism and even totalitarianism (an obvious example: the emergence of the Third Reich in Germany in the period 1933-1945);
So we found long-expected solution
We (a group of specialists) have developed a new social (state) management system, which avoids these and many other problems and pain points of existing state management systems. The new system will make it possible for society to 100% control all processes in the country, that is, the new system will ensure 100% people power.
In this regard, it will become possible, what was not possible before – everything that is useful for society in all spheres of life will be implemented very quickly. Society will move to a new stage of evolution and will determine the vector of its own development by itself without politicians.
We are 100% confident that we will be able to make long-desired progress in the field of state management, so which is why we decided to develop a new social (state) management system as we called it Decentralized Social Management Network “SVARGA”.
We consulting with specialists in the field of state management, political science, sociology, social engineering, psychology and so on. And these specialists have outside-the-box thinking and understand all the problems of existing state management systems well and helping us to create a game-changing state management system that would meet the challenges of the present time and would have huge prospects in terms of constructive development of society.
Please take a moment to watch introduction video just below — it covers the core details of decentralized people's governance.
The main advantages of the new social (state) management system SVARGA are:
Control by the society
The system is designed so that society has almost complete control over all aspects of state management. There is no president and no parliament in the system. The system of real, very elaborate people power.
Decentralization
Each autonomy has its own authorities, which eventually form the highest structures of government, which allows us to pursue only the true goals and interests of society, and not individual elites, as is the case now.
positive selection
The system is designed in such a way that it forms an absolutely positive selection among the elites - only the best, most honest, most decent, high-minded and most competent people in society get into government jobs.
Direct control of the authorities
Any authorities are quickly removed from their posts by society, if society sees that a person is not fully fulfilling his duties or using his powers for criminal purposes.
The evolution of society
Society directly controls many aspects of state management and therefore actively develops such qualities as intelligence, wisdom, personal responsibility, ethical and moral values.
Full control of the media by the society
The mass media work exclusively for the social good. It will no longer be possible to use the mass media for destructive provocations, propaganda of one kind or another, and manipulation of society itself.
There is no corruption
The system is designed in such a way that corrupt people and people who abusing of power will be identified and punished very quickly. But honest and decent people will be encouraged.
Low crime rate
Society will have a strong ideology of development and justice, development and growth will be possible for everyone, and correctional facilities will be organized in a completely different way. This will lead to a significant reduction in crime.
Direct control of the business entities
Since society will control all the authorities, society will also have direct levers of control over commercial companies and big corporations. All commercial companies and big corporations will only make decisions that benefit society.

SVARGA - Decentralized Social Management Network that will make it possible for society to 100% control all processes in any country.
